One word Awesome! Though it is not located near the beach about 1 km from it, this place makes up the loss by Service and amenities. The rooms are good, swimming is awesome, food is good so is the price, Pradeep the manager has deep understanding of service and has positive attitude. Please ensure to ask if bachelors are there while booking room as they tend to drink near the swimming pool, which happened when we landed with my family but Pradeep proactively ensured they close down the party by 10 pm and it was silent again. The swimming pool is cleaned every day by the staff. The place is relatively new. The buffet breakfast does not have much option but Pradeep ensures that he can provide the best for you. The unique selling point of the resort is probably Pradeep and his service mentality. ~ Manju N

The "seagulls nest" beach resort was a wonderful place for us to stay. excellent and excellent experience. It's a brand-new resort with excellent amenities like a swimming pool and luxurious suites. The dining area and food are both quite good. The staff has been quite gracious in working with us. Excellent management coordination is present. Overall, I had a fun-filled and enjoyable family vacation. The finest site for a family gathering, thanks to the seagulls. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Prakash and Mr. Ramakanth.. After a long time I had plans for family vacation and went to Seagull nest with a lot of expectations and it really satisfied my expectations more than 100% 1. It is a calm place 2. A very safe place for family 3. Serving food as we expect 4. Easy to find place 5. Swimming Pool - Fulfilled my son . He was in the swimming pool morning and evening on his own, no need to monitor as it is a safe place and people to monitor the pool. 6. Service was excellent (Room and food) 7. The service given was great & excellent. The rooms were spacious, neat & Clean. The swimming pool and lawn were clean & well maintained. Children had a good time swimming playing cricket, & badminton The food they served was well prepared and delicious & based on instructions given. It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which just 300mtr walking from the ECR Road. Nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed. I will definitely stay there again. ~ Opal M

Nice place to hangout with family. The resort's grounds were immaculately maintained, with lush gardens and a stunning private swimming pool. The food at the resort was exceptional. It is worthy staying here around mahabalipuram. Manager pradeep is very friendly with us and supported very well during the stay. Food is very tasty and cook prepared appetite food whenever ordered. Best villa in ECR for a family. We stayed here with 2 days with my 40 family members. Service is very good and rooms are very neat and clean. They have 9 big rooms with extra beds and big dining room. ~ Harishkumar

Best for 5 to 6 families. Even more, the swimming pool is good. You can play gully cricket, football, etc. The kitchen is good. The service person who was there when we went was not good. ~ Jaya S
